Facebook Introduced Verified Pages by a Blue Check Mark

Facebook now introduced the Verified Page Check Mark for the Genuine pages of Public figure like celebrities,popular bands,business,Companies etc.
This new feature of facebook fan pages is exactly copy of the Verified twitter accounts, only just there is a difference in the blue color used in the check marks of verified pages.

Facebook introduced this for helping the users for finding the genuine pages of their favorites.

This feature is only enable for those Pages of Public figure which appears to be genuine in the eyes of facebook developers and those which have huge number of fans.

For for getting verified huge number of fans only gets second position in priority because as per Facebook verification policies number of fans never matter but the 100% Genuine matters......

The Verified Pages  Blue Check Mark appears in Graph Search as well as in the profile of the pages.
